GTA 6 pre-load opens 10 November: the times for PS5 and Xbox
Nine days before launch you can start the 212 GB download. PS5 goes by local midnight; Xbox opens everywhere at once.
Rockstar has confirmed that pre-loading for Grand Theft Auto VI begins on 10 November 2026, nine days before the game unlocks on 19 November.
When it opens on each console

That means Xbox players in the Americas can start a few hours before PS5 players in the same city.
Who can pre-load
Anyone with a digital pre-order of the Standard or Ultimate edition, and anyone who has redeemed the code from a boxed copy. Boxed copies reach shops on 12 November and contain a download code rather than a disc.
Make room first
